Curriculum-ul de CCNP Routing and Switching include trei module - Route, Switch and TSHOOT , care sunt corespund cu cele trei examene necesare pentru certificarea CCNP. Cursul este bazat pe avansarea materialelor expuse în CCNA Routing and Switching şi CCNA Security. Atenţie specială se atrage asupra protocoalelor care vor asigura redundanţa şi securitatea serviciilor prestate de companii în care activează participanţii la curs. Cursul pregăteşte administratorii de reţea pentru implimentarea tehnologiilor avansate în administrarea reţelelor companiilor medii şi mari. 

Cursul este orientat, dar nu limitat la studiul şi depanarea următoarelor protocoale şi tehnologii: IPv4, IPv6, TCP, EIGRP, Multi-Area OSPF, Special OSPF Areas, BGP, CEF, Route-maps, Prefix lists, ACLs, VACLs, MPBGP, IPsec, 802.1x Port-Based Authentication, VTP, STP, STP Enhancements, Link Aggregation, VLAN, Private VLANs, Trunks, QoS, NSF, SSO, SNMP, NetFlow, Syslog.


Durata cursului

Lecţiile vor fi organizate după un program academic de două ori pe săptămâna a câte 2.5-3h fiecare sesiune. Sesiunile de teorie se combină cu lecţii practice (60% teorie, 40% lab). Durata cursului - 12 luni.
